Greg Craig and Barack Obama

74 year old former Obama's White House Counsel Greg Craig was indicted Thursday on charges of making false statements and concealing information in a federal foreign lobbying investigation that intersected with the Russia probe.

The case against Mr. Craig, 74, stemmed from an investigation initiated by the office of the special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III.

Craig's case was transferred in January from federal prosecutors in New York to those in Washington. The previously undisclosed move was driven by Justice Department officials in Washington, and reflects an eagerness within the department to prosecute violations of lobbying laws after the special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, focused on foreign influence in his investigations.

Mr. Craig would become the first person to be charged in a case linked to the special counsel after Mr. Mueller finished his investigation into the 2016 presidential election.
Federal prosecutors in New York have been investigating two prominent Washington lobbying firms in a similar probe, and Justice Department officials in Washington have been increasingly willing to prosecute people who they believe intentionally conceal their lobbying work from the government.

Craig is a prominent Washington attorney and was the first White House counsel to former President Barack Obama.

  1. This indictment is as a result of the Mueller probe to begin prosecutions for something that multitudes of lobbyists partake in , but until Manafort it was not being enforced, the Farrah violation of not declaring your lobby activity on behalf of a foreign country.
Since Mueller and his team of angry DemonRats began this game, and since we don't believe in a two tiered justice system, it's only fair to enforce the law equally, thus this indictment of Obama's most used and recognized lawyer and Obama regime White House lackey. An eye for an eye....
