No sane asylum seeker will violently confront border patrol agents of the country he or she is seeking to be accepted into because if they were truly asylum seekers, they would have just walked up and surrendered, but this is not the case with the migrant caravan at the U.S-Mexico Border.
During an interview on CNN, chief border patrol agent Rodney Scott in San Diego sector said "I do not believe all 5,000 to 9000 migrants at the U.S-Mexico border are out just to seek asylum. I believe that there are definitely people in that group that are going to try to claim asylum."
Scott went on to say "What i saw on the border yesterday was not people walking up to border patrol agents and asking to claim asylum. One of the groups that 'several of them were arrested' passed 10 to 15 border patrol units as they were chanting, waving the Honduran flag, and throwing rocks at the agents. But they were truly asylum seekers, they would have just walked up and surrendered, and did not take place."
The video in the link below shows proof of migrants throwing rocks and bottles at border patrol agents.
According to The Epoch Times, Some 2,000 migrants were involved in causing the chaotic scene at the border while 39 were arrested. No injuries were reported but several US agents were hit by projectiles.
