Attorney General Jeff Sessions future as the United States A.G. hangs by a thin thread as president Trump made it clear yesterday during an interview with three Blumberg reporters in the Oval office.
In his statement, President Trump said:
"Attorney General Jeff Sessions job
is safe at least until November election."
One reporter asked President Trump if he intend keeping Jeff Sessions beyond November but Trump declined to comment then went on to say:
"Jeff Sessions fate depends on whether
or not he reopens investigation into
According to a recently released audio, President Trump said:
"i'd just like to have Jeff Sessions do
his job. And if he did, i'd be very happy."
Few hours later at last night's rally in Indiana, President Trump threatens to get involved in the investigation against Hillary Clinton but didn't state the extent to which he will get involved.
From all indications, this could only go one of two ways; either it will be the end of the line for Hillary Clinton or the end of the line for Jeff Sessions as the United States Attorney General.
